"Eating a handful of walnuts on daily basis brings a noticeable decline in the risk of type-2-diabetes, finds a new study. Walnuts are rich in vital fatty acids and other nutrients including folate and vitamin E.
Study’s lead researcher Dr. David Katz, the founding director of the Yale-Griffin Prevention Research Center in Derby, Connecticut, shared details of the study carried out on 31 men and 81 women aged between 25 and 75 having high risk of developing type-2-diabetes."
