Red wine benefits people with Type 2 diabetes

"New research suggests a glass of red wine can improve cardiac health, manage cholesterol and help get better sleep.

The findings were published in the journal Annals of Internal Medicine.

The study found diabetics who drank a glass of wine nightly had increased levels of good cholesterol.
