Type-2 Diabetes to explode in South Asian Population at Birth

"A study of almost 800 pregnant women in Canada has shown that babies of South Asian women have lower birth weight but greater skinfold thickness and waist circumferences than white babies, which could increase their risk of diabetes later in life. The study was published online Sept 29, 2015 in theInternational Journal of Obesity".(6)
